You can send anything through ParcelCompare if it is not on our prohibited shipping list.
Courier delivery is not a gentle process and some items such as glassware, ceramics and antiques are at risk of being damaged during transport. If the item you are sending falls under any category on our list of compensation exclusions, they are not included by our parcel protection.
While you can still send these items, you take full responsibility for any damages that may occur. You may be able to get parcel protection for exclusion items if you agree it with us beforehand by sending us photos of your packaging.
Note: Simply labelling a package as ‘fragile’ will not protect it – you must ensure everything you send is adequately packaged for delivery.
