What are the cancellation charges?
Cancellation charges are different depending on the courier you have chosen. They range from £6 to £10. See our list below for specific charges:
DPD £10.56
Hermes £6 or the total shipping cost, whichever is less
All other carriers £6
All prices are Excluding VAT.
When are these charges applied?
When you cancel a shipment, you will have to pay cancellation charges. However, these charges are also applied when you choose to change the destination of your shipment before it is collected.
