Our system will not let you book a drop off service if your parcel exceeds the size or weight limits allowed for drop off. If you are confident that the details you entered when you booked are correct, the drop off shop should not have refused your parcel. In this situation we recommend you take your parcel to another drop off shop.
NOTE: If you believe the drop off shop was wrong to refuse your parcel you can raise a complaint about the shop.
If the dimensions you entered when you booked are incorrect, then you need to amend your booking which may result in extra charges.
