Sometimes labels are not produced at checkout (normally due to an issue with the address). If this happens you should normally receive them within 60 minutes (during working hours).
To reprint your shipping labels, you can click on the link we sent you in your order confirmation email. Alternatively you can reprint your labels anytime by logging in to your ParcelCompare account.
Reprinting Labels from your account
To reprint your labels from your account, you will need to log in. Once you do, go to the “My Shipments” section of your dashboard.
In the collections section, hover over the shipment you would like to print the labels for to reveal a printer icon.
Selecting this option will bring up your labels for you to reprint. Click the printer icon again to do so.
