What happens if I entered the incorrect weight or dimensions when I booked my shipment?

Before collection/drop off

All shipment weight and dimensions are audited by the courier. If you entered the incorrect information, we will invoice you for the difference once we receive the courier audit.

However, you also need to be aware that providing the incorrect information may also affect your collection if you’re sending a large or bulky item, as the courier may dispatch the wrong vehicle to collect, or if you selected to drop off the shop may not be able to accept your parcel if it’s over 20 kg in weight.
