The label was not produced when I booked my delivery. What can I do?

In the unlikely event that the labels for your shipment are not produced when your booking is made, there's no need to worry.

If your labels are not immediately generated, give it some more time. Your labels will be produced and sent to you separately. If you don’t have your labels within 24 hours of your package’s collection date, contact us to manually generate your labels.
