If the driver is unable to scan the barcode on your parcel, your parcel will not be collected. If this is the case, you will need to rebook collection, and ensure that you have reprinted the labels so that the issue is not repeated.
How can I prevent this happening again?
- Always print with a laser printer
- Print your labels with printer settings of A4 paper and ‘actual size’
