The scan said the carrier cannot find my address, what information do they need?

If the driver delivering your parcel cannot find your address, you need to check that the address you provided is accurate.

You can do this by checking the confirmation email you received from us when you made your booking, or by logging in to your ParcelCompare account and finding your shipment in the “My Shipments” tab. If the address is incorrect, contact us using the link below to update it.

If the address is correct, you can provide the courier with special instructions for difficult to locate properties. To do so, simply contact us.
