The scan said the carrier cannot find my address, what information do they need?

If the driver delivering your parcel cannot find your address, you need to check that the address you provided is accurate.

You can do this by checking the confirmation email you received from us when you made your booking, or by logging in to your ParcelCompare account and searching for your shipment. If the address is incorrect or you need to provide special instructions to find the property please contact us.
