Why has my package been delivered to a drop shop when I paid for door to door delivery?

If delivery is attempted and you are not at home, some of our partner carriers deliver to a drop shop as standard. As this is their company policy, we have no control over it.

To avoid having a door to door delivery being dropped off at a shop, make sure that the receiver is home on the delivery due date. We inform you of this at the time of booking and in our email notifications.
