You can cancel a shipment before collection, once collection has occurred you must contact us if you wish your parcel to be returned to you, instead of delivered.

When are these charges applied?
When you cancel a shipment, you will have to pay cancellation charges. However, these charges are also applied when you choose to change the destination of your shipment before it is collected.
