In the rare instance your driver forgets to scan your parcel when they collect, your tracking will not be updated until your parcel reaches the depot and is scanned there.
If there is no update to your tracking after 9am the day after collection then please contact us and we will investigate.
Note: We always recommend you ask the driver to scan your parcel before they leave your premises.
I used a label provided by the collecting driver
The paperwork left with you should have a new tracking number on it. Please visit our collections page, and update your tracking number.
Once we have your new tracking number our system will update you with your delivery’s progress.
