You can book from a variety of couriers to collect your parcel; each courier has different regulations for collection. See below for each of our couriers’ unique tail lift collection guidelines.

DPD/UPS do not use tail lifts on our network, choose a different courier if you need a tail lift. |

TNT can provide you with a tail lift dependent upon availability. Give us as much notice as you can that you will need a tail lift if you choose to use TNT. |

FedEx |
FedEx can provide a tail lift for your parcel collection, make sure that you notify us as soon as you can that you will need a tail lift |

EVRi |
EVRi are not able to provide a tail lift, Please choose another courier. |

DHL |
DHL can provide you with a tail lift dependent upon availability. Give us as much notice as you can that you will need a tail lift if you choose to use DHL. |
Note: Occasionally the courier will not be able to provide a tail lift for collection. If this is the case we will use a third-party to collect your parcel. You will be charged for this.
