Unfortunately, we cannot provide a two-man collection service.
To avoid damage to your parcel or injury to our driver please ensure that someone is on hand to help them load packages heavier than 25kg or longer than 120cm onto their van. Without assistance our driver can refuse to collect your parcel.
Note: Most couriers will carry a trolley and provide a vehicle with a tail lift for large and heavy parcels.
Why we don't provide extra help with large or heavy deliveries
Unfortunately none of the couriers we use offer two man delivery services as these are considered specialist removal services.
Note: If your parcel is over 25kg in weight you must attach a “Heavy Parcel” label to it. Your collecting courier will be able to provide this.
