Your parcel may be refused if:
- The weight or size of the parcel exceed the size and weight restrictions.
- The correct labels are not attached with relevant invoices
- The item is not packaged properly
If you are sure that your parcel fulfills the criteria, you can drop off your parcel at another drop off shop. To find a drop off shop, visit our collections page.
If the dimensions you entered when you booked are incorrect, then you need to amend your booking by visiting our collections page.
In addition to the above, sometimes a drop shop may refuse your package if:
- The shop does not have space to store the package
- The shop no longer accept packages
In this instance we apologise for any inconvenience caused and ask that you drop off your parcel at another drop off shop. To find a drop off shop, visit our collections page.
