How to re-book collection
- Go to our collections page
- Enter your tracking number and (if you are not logged in) the delivery postcode
- Select “Change or rebook collection”
- Enter date, time and any special instructions you wish to include.
- Proceed to the payment page and pay the rebooking charge

Why do I have to Pay?
Failed collections cost the courier time and resources and therefore money. They pass those costs on to us and we pass them on to you.
When is it free?
It’s only free to re-book if the courier failed to turn up to collect.
