I have only received some of the labels for my shipment. How do I get the rest?

This is very rare, please make sure you have checked your email thoroughly and selected the correct link, or there may be an option to scroll to the next page to see the next label, so you should find when you click print, all your labels are actually produced.  

You can also try logging in to your ParcelCompare account and print your labels from there. If you're not registered, as soon as you do register, you will be able to see and manage all your shipments. 

If you're sending an international delivery and it’s addressed to our Haverhill sortation centre, then the customs paperwork will not be produced, as we will print and affix this once we receive your shipment.
