If your parcel or the contents arrive damaged, then you can raise a claim for the value of your goods.
For more information on claiming for damaged goods, visit our claims master page, which has all the information you need.
What do I do right now?
You will need to provide us with evidence of the value of the goods. This means we should be furnished with one of:
- An invoice to demonstrate the repair of the item, if it can be repaired
- An original purchase invoice to demonstrate what was paid in the first instance
- An invoice for the replacement of the item
We will also need evidence of the damage, to take photographs of both the goods and the packaging. Pass them along when you make your claim.
Note: If you believe that your package is damaged, note this when signing for it. Don’t worry if you haven’t done this – it is just extra supporting evidence for when you make your claim.
