The payment page is hanging, and I am unable to complete the transaction. What do I do?

We’re sorry that you are having trouble completing your transaction. If the page continues to hang, try paying with Paypal or with an alternative card. Alternatively, try to complete your transaction on a different browser, as some payment issues are browser related.

Note: If you have to leave the page, you will receive an email with a link to recover your shipment information, so you don’t need to go through the full booking process again.

If none of this works, contact us and we will investigate.
