Money has been taken out of my account but I don't know what for?

There are certain circumstances where ParcelCompare needs to take additional payment for your shipment, you can learn more about those here.

We will always send you an invoice to notify you of the charge, and if the charge is for a weight adjustment, we will give you 7 days to appeal the charge before we take payment.
