Can the courier refuse to collect my package unless I provide assistance with loading it into the van?

If your parcel weighs more than 25kg, your courier is entitled to ask for help in loading it into their van. If you cannot offer help, they are not obligated to take your parcel and you will need to rebook your collection, which may incur extra costs.

Note: Carriers need to abide by UK health and safety regulations; without assistance, the courier could drop the package, damaging your goods or injuring themselves.

If you require a trolley or vehicle with tail lift to load your package, please contact our Customer Service team before making your booking.
