The courier said they would come back but they haven't. What do I do?

Drivers routes change throughout the day as they receive new collection requests and they may also experience other unforeseen delays such as bad traffic. This means, even with the best intentions, sometimes it’s not always possible to return to an address.

Note: We recommend always having your parcel ready for collection on-time, as couriers are often unable to return same day.

What happens now?

If the driver has still not returned by 7pm then you will need to rebook collection.

EVRi make 3 collection attempts as standard, so re-booking is not required unless this was their final attempt.

Note: Depending on the size and weight of your package you may be able to drop your parcel off at a nearby drop off shop instead.
