If you have missed the driver collecting your parcel, you will need to rebook your collection. To rebook, visit our collection page.
Note: If your courier made an attempt to collect that you missed, you may have to pay a small fee for re-booking your collection.
I missed the driver for my EVRi collection, they left a calling card, what do I do now?
You don’t need to do anything at all. EVRi will make three collection attempts as standard, so you do not need to rebook if any of the first two attempts fail.
