Note: Although the special instructions are available for the driver to see, unfortunately they don't always check them, so there is no guarantee that the special instructions will be acted upon.
Can the driver quote a reference I choose when they come to collect?
You can request that the driver quotes a specific reference by adding special instructions when you book your order.
Note: Although this is an effective way to request a reference, we cannot guarantee that the collection driver will see these instructions.
